Our ministry exists to serve students in a family environment, equipping them to share their faith so that others will come to connect with God. One of the first things a pastor does when they come to a new ministry is try to define how the people in that ministry want to be recognized or defined. In the case of this ministry we settled on a medieval times theme based on Psalm 91:1-2. The name we chose to represent ourselves was The Dwelling Place. This name is important for two reasons: first, we now have an identity and second, we have a desire for what our student room will become...a safe place for students to find Jesus.
